We clean houses in Allegany and Garrett counties.

The house you live in, a house you’re leaving, or a rental between guests. Kitchen, baths, beds, and floors, on the same list every time.

Services

Four kinds of cleaning.

Recurring cleaning

A regular clean for a house that’s already lived in. Kitchen, baths, floors, and the rooms you actually use, on a schedule that holds.

Deep clean

A first visit, or the one after a long stretch. More time where it has built up, including inside the oven or fridge when you want that.

Move-in / move-out

For an empty house changing hands. Cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and floors, done so the next person walks into a finished place.

Rental turnover

A full clean between guests, including linens, restock, and photos. The same standard we use in a home someone lives in.

What’s in a clean

We go room by room, then walk the house once more.

Kitchen

Trash out, counters and sink disinfected, stove and microwave cleaned, fridge wiped. Dishes washed or put away. Floors swept and mopped.

Bathrooms

Toilet, shower, glass, and sink disinfected. Mirrors and chrome polished. Fresh towels where they belong. We check for hair before we leave.

Bedrooms

Beds made properly, surfaces dusted, and a look under the bed. Switches, remotes, and nightstands wiped.

Living areas

Dust, cushions straightened, tables wiped, floors vacuumed or mopped.

The last walk

We walk every room again and look for streaks, crumbs, odors, and anything we forgot to put back.

If it’s a rental

We also reset the linens, restock what the stay includes, and send photos before the next guest arrives. The clean is the same. The time between checkout and check-in is shorter.

How a clean goes

Four steps, and we follow them on every house.

    You tell us the house

    What kind of clean, how many rooms, and where it is. A sentence is enough.

  2. 02

    We walk it with you

    We’ll set a time to come out, walk the property, and hand you the quote in person.

  3. 03

    We clean to the list

    Kitchen, baths, beds, and floors. The same list, whether someone lives there or the next person is about to arrive.

  4. 04

    It’s ready for you

    The rooms are clean, and the house is ready to live in again. If we notice a repair, we’ll tell you plainly.

About

We’re two brothers, and we still do the cleaning.

We treat every house the way we would treat our mother’s. We don’t leave the hard parts for her to find later.

Where

Allegany County and Garrett County, Maryland.

Cumberland, Frostburg, LaVale, Oakland, Mountain Lake Park, Grantsville, McHenry, and Deep Creek Lake. Just past the county line, ask. We’ll say yes when the drive still makes sense.
